Saranya 4Care Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization committed to the holistic social development and well-being of underserved communities across the Mancherial district of Telangana. From the elderly to young children, from women seeking independence to families striving for a better tomorrow — we stand alongside those who need a helping hand.

What We Do
We serve our communities across four core areas:
Medical Support — Bringing essential healthcare closer to those who cannot afford it, through health camps, medical outreach, and wellness programs.
Education — Nurturing young minds with learning opportunities that open doors and build futures.
Vocational Training — Empowering women and youth with practical skills that lead to financial independence and self-reliance.
Health & Social Awareness — Driving meaningful change through community programs that promote hygiene, mental well-being, and social inclusion.
Our Reach
Based in Mulkala, Mancherial, Telangana, our foundation actively serves rural villages and marginalized neighborhoods across the Mancherial district. We work hand-in-hand with local communities, volunteers, and partners to ensure that our impact is real, lasting, and felt where it matters most.
